Great atmosphere and high badminton level in the start of the European U15 Championships
The competition continues this Thursday from 9:00 a.m. and can be followed in livestream.
The opening day of the Ibiza 2022 European U15 Championship concluded after more than 12 hours. There day 1 was dedicated to the round of 64 so 127 games were played. The top seeds that played this Wednesday did not fail and continue on, confirming that they aspire to win the medals.
This Thursday will be the time for the round of 32 and the round of 16. In total, 88 matches will be played, with all the favorites already on the courts. The competition starts at 9:00 a.m. and like the entire competition, it can be followed live through the Spanish Federation’s YouTube channel.

Badminton is being breathed in Ibiza during almost the entire month of September, as it is chaining three international tournaments whose grand finale will be the European U15 Championships. Thanks to the invaluable support of the Consell Insular d’Eivissa and the Eivissa City Council, and the predisposition of the Balearic Badminton Federation and Badminton Ibiza, this city is the Spanish and European capital of badminton.
